While 2022 sales slowed down because of interest rates, 2023 is starting strong and interest has picked back up. Lot 74 just went under contract today. We’ve also reduced prices to make our lots still the best value around.
We’ve also started presales on Phase V at really great values as they are the least expensive lots in the area. It should only take a month for approvals once we have one pre-sold.
Snow conditions have been amazing and we thank James Erkklia for his many plowings of our main road that keeps our subdivision open year round. We do expect the reservoir to fill this year.
